The Whisky Parlor is a comfortable space in a historic downtown building built in 1879 that comfortably sits 40. They specialize in craft cocktails and whiskey.
They have live music every Saturday night and a local vinyl DJ on Friday nights.
As far as food goes, they offer the same menu as the restaurant downstairs, Grand Trunk Pub, as well as their own charcuterie boards.
The Whisky Parlor strives to be an all are welcome neighborhood place. Not a snobby upscale cocktail spot like some others. They aim to be non intimidating and to make all patrons comfortable.
Happy hour is Tuesday through Friday from 5-7 and Whisky Wednesday is 7pm to close every Wednesday with half off most whiskeys.
The Fall Sweet Potato Pie Flip is made with bourbon, allspice dram, cyan, sweet potato simple syrup, egg, black walnut bitters, and a mini toasted marshmallows garnish. It’s a delicious holiday cocktail.

To go with your drinks they offer custom build charcuterie boards consisting of two meats, two cheeses, two james, grapes, and crackers. These are a great casual sharable option.
